    What's your Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?
    Kindly take note: returns, refunds, exchanges are okay up to 21 days from the stamped date of shipment if the item is in original condition. Address:
    Starlow, 5132 York Blvd, PO Box 50687, Los Angeles, CA 90042. Please include our packing slip and state if you would like to exchange or return. Buyer pays postage to return or exchange. Starlow pays postage on exchange times going back to the Customer up to 1 time per order.

    Kindly consider: the merchandise must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, and all tags must be attached, along with no visible signs of being worn, such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.
    SWIMBAGS, VINTAGE, and ACCESSORIES are all Final Sale; due to health and safety regulations they cannot be returned.
    Please understand that any returns that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back, and Starlow cannot be responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, or lost/untraceable shipments; we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
    How will I know if my order is confirmed?
    After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
    How can I track my delivery?
    Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order.
    I’ve purchased the wrong size or color?
    We do accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from us. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here and its procedures.

    I have a discount code, how do I use it?
    Starlow babes must input all discount codes at the time of checkout. Our system does not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed, and it does not allow us to apply a discount code to a previous order.

    When will you be restocking the items that are sold out?

    Why was my order shipped "signature required"?
    If an order is over $200, Starlow may choose to ship the order with signature required.
    Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. But we may be able to help you if you contact us at info@shopstarlow.com
    Why does my item look different than the photos online?
    Result of color or wear of item can be dependent on different things such as monitor resolution, camera settings, lighting and model wearing the item.
    How do I create an account?
    Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

    Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
    No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

    I have problems adding items to my shopping cart
    You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

    How do I pay for my orders?
    We accept payments via Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, After Pay, G Pay, and all major credit/debit cards.

    Can I amend and cancel my order?
    Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

    There is an item missing from my order?
    We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact info@shopstarlow.com and we will assist you as soon as possible. 

    I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?
    We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact info@shopstarlow.com with a snapshot of the product and we will assist you as soon as possible.  

    I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?
    We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact info@shopstarlow.com and we will assist you as soon as possible. 

    I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
    Kindly check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. If that fails then please email info@shopstarlow.com and we will assist in the best way we can.
