Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING: Please allow 1-2 business days, for us to process and ship your order.
We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
*Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Starlow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout.
Please note Starlow is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.
Starlow is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted up to 14 days of the delivery date- if the item is in the original condition with Starlow hang tag attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Starlow does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Any order that was purchased ON SALE and has a Final Sale stamp is non-refundable with no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges - if you need a different size please return your item and place a new order.
