Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the delivery date of shipment, if the item is in original condition. We do not accept any return that is past the 14 day/2 week window.
Starlow Returns
Please note: All merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached, along with no visible signs of being worn, such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.
SWIM, BAGS, VINTAGE, and ACCESSORIES are all Final Sale; due to health and safety regulations they cannot be returned.
Please understand that any returns that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back, and Starlow cannot be responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, or lost/untraceable shipments; we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offer tracking services.
