I need help finding my size!  See below for a size chart to assist you. Please note that this size chart should be used as a general guideline only.

I am a influencer/blogger, does Starlow do any sponsorships or collabs? At this time we don’t currently do any sponsorships or collabs.

I have a discount code, how do I use it? Starlow babes must input all discount codes at the time of checkout. Our system WILL NOT allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We cannot apply a discount code to prior orders made.

Why was there was a discount code, now there isn’t? We reserve the right to terminate or modify and sale anytime without notice.

When will you restocking the items that are sold out? As much as we would like to give a clear date to when a restock happens, we cannot! Best way to find out is to follow our Instagram (@shopstarlow).

Why does my item look different than the photos online? Result of color or wear of item can be dependent on different things such as monitor resolution, camera settings, lighting and model wearing the item.

Can I exchange for a different size?  Yes, we can exchange for a different size. Please note we cannot guarantee inventory for when your item arrives to us. You can always place another order to secure your needed size.


Is shipping Free? Yes, US Domestic orders are always free!

Do you offer International Shipping? Yes! At this time it is not Free but we do cover up to $5 in postage – customer service will instruct on how to pay for shipping costs.


How long will it take to receive my order?  Orders usually process and ship in 2-3 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders in the US take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local post office service.
Why was my order shipped signature required? If an order is over $200, Starlow may elect to ship the order with signature required. This is solely at Starlow discretion and done to protect the buyer’s purchase. 

I never received my package what do I do? Sometimes packages can get lost in the mail, once it has been dropped off and in the hands of USPS we cannot assist. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, Or any orders not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. 

 If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order is subject to re-shipping charges.


What is the Return and Exchange policy?:  You have 21 days from stamped date to ship your items in original condition to:

Please include our packing slip and state if you would like to exchange or return. Merchandise must be NewUnwornUnwashed, and All Tags must be attached and there should be NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR – Example: makeup, deodorant stains, or any fragrance 

SWIMBAGS and ACCESSORIES are all FINAL SALE.  Due to health and safety regulations , NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Please note, any returns received that Do Not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.

Starlow is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges. Starlow is not responsible for lost or un-traceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
