Shipping Policy: Enjoy Free USPS shipping and tracking updates on all domestic orders.

All orders typically process and ship out within 2-3 business days

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

However, some orders do require extra time to prepare/fulfil, and be reassured that Starlow will contact you if there seems to be any unusual delays. 

International Orders: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 

Please note Starlow is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S. 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: Kindly take note: returns and refunds are okay up to 21 days from the stamped date of shipment, if the item is in original condition.

Please include our packing slip/invoice that was included with your order and state if you would like to exchange or return. Customer pays for return shipping. Starlow pays shipping on exchanges going back to Customer up to 1 timer per order.

Kindly consider: the merch must be new, unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached, along with no visible signs of being worn, such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. Swim bags and accessories are all final sale; due to health and safety regulations they cannot be returned. Please understand that any returns that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back, and Starlow cannot be responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, or lost/untraceable shipments; we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offer tracking services.
